Figo Moro vegan ragù sauce

Original sauce for pasta and potato gnocchi

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 100 grams of carrots, celery, chopped onion with a few leaves of parsley
  • light extra virgin olive oil
  • a jar of FigoMoro Per Cucina
  • chopped parsley
  1. Slowly fry the chopped vegetables in the oil
  2. Add FigoMoro PerCucina
  3. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes
  4. Season the pasta or gnocchi cooked separately
  5. Decorate with the chopped parsley

Non-vegans can flavor with grated smoked ricotta.
