Pasta FigoMoro speck and capers

A first course for an evening with friends

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 300 g of short pasta (penne, fusilli, etc.)
  • 40 g of drained capers
  • 40 g of bacon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper as needed
  • 4 spoons of fffigata di FigoMoro
  1. Finely chop the bacon and cook it in a pan with some oil
  2. Add the capers, the fffigata and cook adding a little water for 2-3 minutes
  3. Cook the pasta al dente (just cooked) and pass into a pan with the sauce previously made
