Risotto FigoMoro and gorgonzola

An easy, appetizing first course and certainly appreciated by everyone

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 250 g of rice
  • 60 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of preparato Per Cucina di FigoMoro
  • ½ onion
  • vegetable broth
  • White wine
  • a knob of butter
  • alt and Pepper
  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it slowly in the knob of melted butter
  2. Add the rice and toast it
  3. Sprinkle with white wine and let it evaporate
  4. Cook the rice by gradually adding the hot broth and mixing
  5. Stir in the diced gorgonzola and the preparato Per Cucina al FigoMoro
  6. Turn off the heat and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving

If you have the chance replace the gorgonzola with the formai di frant, a traditional cheese from Friuli Venezia Giulia. It will be a real success!
